Welcome to FastZHost! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Prohibited Usage and Server Abuse Policy

Users must follow the limitations and specifications as defined in their hosting plan. Any excessive usage beyond allowed limits (CPU, RAM, IO, bandwidth, etc.) will result in account suspension without prior notice.

1. Services We Provide

FastZHost offers Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master and Alpha Reseller Hosting, VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, and Domain Registration services.

2. Account Use and Responsibility

2.1. Account Creation

Clients must provide accurate information during registration and maintain updated details at all times.

2.2. Security

You are solely responsible for securing your account. Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.

3. Fair Usage Policy

You may only use server resources as per the plan you’ve subscribed to. Excess usage will lead to immediate suspension without refund.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for the following services: Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Master Reseller Hosting, and Alpha Reseller Hosting.

You may apply for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided a valid and justified reason is presented. All refund claims will be reviewed and approved at our discretion.

No refunds are applicable for VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, or Domain Registrations under any circumstances.

4.1. Payment Due and Termination

If payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, your service may be terminated at any time without further notice. FastZHost will not be responsible for any data loss caused by such termination due to non-payment. However, apart from such cases, FastZHost takes strong measures to prevent any kind of data loss or disruption.

5. Suspension and Termination

If someone raises a valid complaint with proper evidence that another user's page or content is copied or engaged in fraudulent activities, FastZHost may suspend the reported hosting account. However, there is no risk of data loss, and the account will not be terminated under such circumstances.

But if the payment is not made within 7 days of the due date, the hosting account may be permanently terminated at any time without further notice. In such cases, complete data loss is possible, and FastZHost will not be responsible.
