Refunds are available only for the following services:

• Reseller Hosting
• Master Reseller Hosting
• Alpha Reseller Hosting

To be eligible, you must apply within 7 days of your original purchase and provide a valid reason for your request. Our team will review and approve based on legitimacy.

No refunds are applicable for:

• VPS Servers
• Dedicated Servers
• Domain Registrations
• Custom installations, themes, templates
• Server setups or work already completed

3. Request Process

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Final Notes

Refund requests without valid reason or outside the eligible window will be declined. FastZHost reserves the right to update this policy anytime.
